At 11:39pm the LCWC alerted the Gap Fire Company for a vehicle fire in the area of Amish Rd and Buena Vista Rd in Salisbury Township. Safety Officer 4-2 (Chris Kennedy) arrived on location with a vehicle well involved, and updated the address to 5300 Amish Rd. As Rescue 4-2 arrived on location, Chief Engineer 4-2 (Joe Kennedy) began a quick knock down with a pressurized water can as Engineer 4-2 (Glen Beiler) and FF P. Zook deployed a handline from Rescue 4-2 to extinguish the fire. The crew of Engine 4-2 and Squad 4-2 assisted in the overhaul. Crews on location for 45 minutes. |
